- Annual check-upAn annual check-up is a scheduled visit to catch problems before they cause symptoms — blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and the screening appropriate to your age and history. It is also the appointment where you can raise the thing you have been meaning to mention.
- Immigration medical examWe perform the medical examination required for a green card application and complete Form I-693. The visit covers your medical history, a physical exam, required vaccinations, and screening tests. You receive the completed form in a sealed envelope, which must stay sealed for USCIS.
- STD & sexual health screeningWe provide confidential sexual health screening — blood and urine tests, and swabs where appropriate. Most infections have no symptoms at all, which is why testing is based on when you last tested and your situation, not on whether something feels wrong.
- Help quitting smokingWe help people stop smoking using the methods that actually work — prescription medication, nicotine replacement used properly, and scheduled follow-up. That combination is several times more effective than willpower alone, and most people who quit needed more than one attempt to get there.
